  • Pam Wright

    Pam started in Pilates classes over 5 years ago, continued with private training, and in 2016, pursued her teacher training through the Stott Merrithew Pilates® program in St. Paul, Minnesota. Pam successfully completed all of the Comprehensive Mat and Reformer training and course requirements, becoming a Certified Instructor in 2017. She has continued her Pilates education and training with courses in Intensive Cadillac, Postural Analysis, Injuries and Special Populations and Intensive Stability Chair. Pam also brings her medical and therapeutic experience to the studio with over 30 years of practice as an occupational and certified hand therapist. She uses her knowledge and training as a therapist to assist her clients with the physical challenges they may be facing to optimize their Pilates practice. She hopes she can help Club Pilates participants enhance their function in their daily activities through improved strength, coordination, balance, flexibility and endurance. Pilates is truly a mind-body experience and through her own challenges, she has seen the additional benefits of reducing stress and joint pain as well as preventing injury. Pam hopes she can help convince all genders, ages and fitness levels that Pilates may be one of the best investments they will make in themselves!

  • Julie Mae Winter

    Julie Mae Winter is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor. She is also an ESSENTRICS® Certified Instructor and has her NASM™ Personal Training Certification. She graduated from Metropolitan State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Julie Mae enjoys building relationships with clients so she can best support them in accomplishing their wellness goals. Julie Mae’s passion is that clients will simply enjoy moving their bodies, and that they will progress to be equally as strong as they are flexible. With freedom of movement, clients will see their bodies change while accomplishing things they never thought their bodies were capable of doing. With movement, clients of all fitness levels can improve their strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and body awareness. Julie Mae's motto: "Enjoy where you're at on the way to where you're going!"

  • Colleen Atkinson

    After leaving her career as a math and science teacher, Colleen started teaching step-aerobics once a week over 15 years ago and is now a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, ACE® Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor. She has been through 2 knee surgeries and has given birth to 5 wonderful children which led her to recognize that good health is a life-long journey. Sometimes your mind, body, and spirit are not on the same path. Colleen loves that PILATES can be done by anybody no matter one's fitness level. PILATES is a NOT about being better than someone else - It's about being better than you used to be! Colleen brings energy and fun to PILATES and looks forward to helping Members on their journey to be better versions of themselves.

  • Justine Madsen

    Curiosity and a passion for health is what ignited Justine's Pilates journey many years ago. While watching late night infomercials she decided to order her first set of Pilates DVDs which would spark an interest that would later burst into a full-time career. Not only is she a health junky, Justine brings with her 14 years of trained dance experience plus years of teaching dance. She is STOTT trained in Essential, Intermediate, and Advanced repertoire in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. She has also completed TRX Group Training and Level 1 HALO Training. She is passionate about movement and how it effects the health and well-being of each individual. If she's not teaching Pilates or spending time with her family she is probably studying Pilates or about the body in some way, shape, or form.   • Peggy Kellems

    Peggy is a Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, NETA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Physical fitness, personal training and group exercise instruction have been Peggy's lifelong passions. Her desire is to bring more quality to her client's lives through a compassionate, kind and disciplined approach. One of her favorite Bible verses is Deuteronomy 33:25, ”Your strength will equal your days.” She wants that... for herself and her clients!

  • Lauren Walstead

    Lauren is a STOTT PILATES trained instructor. Her passion for Pilates started at a young age as a way to gain strength and mobility as a figure skater. She is a NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer, received her Bachelors in Kinesiology and has a Masters of Education in Sport and Exercise Performance. Along with Pilates, she has experience in clinical rehab, still actively trains figure skaters and is an adjunct professor at a local university in their Kinesiology department. She enjoys using her wide variety of experiences to create an open and inviting atmosphere of growth for individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds

  • Dawn Paplow

    Dawn is passionate about getting people to move. Prior to discovering Pilates, her movement background started by coaching gymnastics at a young age - a career that spanned 18 years. She taught gymnastics through community ed, gymnastic clubs, and was an Assistant High school Coach/Choreographer in addition to teaching other movement modalities. She began a family and a career with a BA in Health Information. Through injury, she found Pilates presented an opportunity to reconnect her with her coaching roots once again. In 2010, she received her comprehensive certification through Balanced Body University. Dawn has trained in multiple formats, with continuing Education and certifications in; Advanced Mat & Reformer, Postural Analysis, Prenatal and Postpartum, Osteoporosis, Pilates Arc on Reformer, Align Pilates Barre, NETA Barre Blend and Group Fitness, and Bodhi 4 point suspension training. Dawn focuses on getting her clients to work towards their best movement patterns using skills and techniques learned through gymnastics & her Pilates education.

  • Grace Janiszweski

    Grace was introduced to Pilates while studying for her BFA in Dance at The University of Arizona. As a dancer, she understood how important it was to take care of her body. Dancing professionally lead to an injury where she had to take significant time off the stage. At that time, Grace was living in Australia and decided to further pursue Pilates. She studied under Studio Pilates in Australia and was a founding instructor at the first Studio Pilates in Melbourne. After healing and strengthening her own body with Pilates, she now loves to pass her knowledge and passion for Pilates to her clients by helping them build stronger bodies both physically and mentally.

    Instructor

    Alyssa has been a chiropractor for over 15 years and massage therapist 20+ years. She now combines knowledge from these fields to work with members to achieve their health and fitness goals. This insight gives her a unique perspective of the body which helps her be a better instructor. Outside of teaching Pilates, she enjoys time with her kids and family.
